What we collect, and why.

Who "we" is

JobOS Labs is a division of JOBOS TECHNOLOGIES LLC, a limited liability company organised in New Jersey. JOBOS TECHNOLOGIES LLC is the entity responsible for the data described on this page, and the entity you would be contracting with.

The short version

We collect what you tell us and nothing more. There are no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, and no cookies used to follow you around the internet. We do not sell or share your details with anyone.

If you talk to the concierge

The assistant on this site stores your conversation so a person can read it and follow up properly. That includes the messages themselves, and anything you choose to give it — your name, email, company, and what you are trying to build.

Your browser also keeps a random identifier so the conversation continues if you reload the page. It is not linked to your identity and it is not shared.

The conversation is sent to an AI provider to generate replies. We use paid API tiers whose terms exclude using your input to train their models.

If you use the contact form

We store your name, email, company, project type, budget range and message, and we email ourselves a copy so somebody actually sees it.

If you book a call

Booking is handled by Cal.com, which needs your name, email and timezone to create the appointment and send the invitation. Their privacy policy governs what they hold. We keep a record of the booking so we know who we are meeting and why.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is useful to a live conversation about working together, and no longer than we have a reason for. Ask us to delete your data and we will, promptly and without asking why.

Where it lives

On infrastructure we control, with access restricted to the studio. Nothing here is available to the public, and the browser you are reading this in cannot read any of it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. One email is enough — there is no form and no process to work through.
