Services

What we build.

Six offers with real timelines attached. If what you need is not on this list, say so anyway — we would rather tell you it is not for us than have you guess.

01

Digital Employees

Typical timeline · 6–12 weeks

An always-on teammate that owns a role end to end — intake, triage, follow-up, reporting — and escalates when it should.

A digital employee is an agent with a job description. We scope the role the way you would scope a hire: what it owns, what it never touches, what "good" looks like, and who it reports to. Then we build it, measure it, and tune it against those same terms.

What you get

  • Role definition and escalation rules
  • Knowledge base wired to your source of truth
  • Inbox, CRM, ticketing, and calendar integrations
  • Weekly performance reporting on the role
02

AI Agents

Typical timeline · 4–10 weeks

Software that does the work, not software that suggests it. Agents that research, draft, decide, and act inside your systems.

Most "AI features" stop at a chat box. We build agents that hold state across a whole task, call your real APIs, and hand back finished work — with the guardrails, retries, and audit trail that make it safe to leave running.

What you get

  • Agent architecture and tool design
  • Integration with your existing APIs and data
  • Guardrails, evals, and a human-approval path
  • Observability so you can see every action taken
03

Web & Product

Typical timeline · 3–8 weeks

Marketing sites and full product interfaces, designed and built by the same people. No handoff, no translation loss.

Design and engineering in one room. We ship marketing sites that load instantly and product UI that survives contact with real users — accessible, responsive, and built on a design system you can extend after we leave.

What you get

  • Design system and component library
  • Next.js build, deployed and monitored
  • CMS or admin panel so your team can edit
  • Performance and accessibility budgets, enforced in CI
04

Automation & Integration

Typical timeline · 2–6 weeks

Connect the tools you already pay for. Remove the copy-paste layer your team is quietly spending its week on.

The highest-ROI AI work is usually not AI at all — it is the six systems that do not talk to each other. We map the actual workflow, automate the mechanical parts, and apply models only where judgment is genuinely required.

What you get

  • Workflow audit with a ranked ROI list
  • Durable pipelines with retries and alerting
  • Data sync across your existing stack
  • Runbook and handover to your team
05

Browser Extensions

Typical timeline · 4–10 weeks

Automation that lives inside the tools your users already work in — not another tab they have to remember.

This is unusual expertise and we have it in production. JobOS ships a Chrome MV3 extension that reads and fills 24 different applicant tracking systems, each with its own hostile DOM. If your leverage is inside somebody else's web app, we know exactly how hard that is and how to do it.

What you get

  • Chrome MV3 extension, store-ready
  • Per-site adapters for the platforms you target
  • Authenticated sync with your backend
  • Store submission and review support
06

AI Strategy Sprint

Typical timeline · 2 weeks

Two weeks to find where AI actually pays in your business — and, just as usefully, where it does not.

For teams under pressure to "do something with AI" without a clear target. We interview your people, map the workflows, and come back with a ranked list of opportunities, honest cost and effort estimates, and one working prototype of the top pick.

What you get

  • Stakeholder interviews and workflow mapping
  • Ranked opportunity list with cost and effort
  • One working prototype of the top opportunity
  • A build-or-buy recommendation for each item

Engagements

Three ways to work with us.

Ranges, not quotes — the real number depends on scope. Publishing them saves us both two calls.

Sprint

2 weeks

A fixed-scope strategy sprint or a single well-defined build. Best first step if you are not yet sure what you need.

  • Workflow audit and opportunity map
  • One working prototype
  • Written recommendation

Not sure which of these you need?

That is what the strategy sprint is for. Two weeks, fixed price, and you leave with a ranked plan and a working prototype — even if you never hire us again.
